How can I pay?
The shop accepts Bank transfer, POS / card, Cash, and Credit (approved buyers).
Can I return a product or get a refund?
Check your goods when they arrive and tell us the same day about anything missing, damaged or wrong. Medicines that have left our care cannot be resold, so we accept returns only of unopened packs in their original condition, with the invoice, within 7 days, unless the goods were delivered wrong or damaged. Cold-chain items cannot be returned once delivered.
